General Policy: No Refunds (Participant-Initiated)<\/h3>\n<p>All purchases are <strong>final<\/strong>. <strong>We do not provide refunds <\/strong>for participant-initiated reasons, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>change of mind<\/li>\n<li>schedule conflicts<\/li>\n<li>non-attendance (no-show)<\/li>\n<li>late arrival<\/li>\n<li>dissatisfaction with the training, instructor, or outcome<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Exception: Special Circumstances (Case-by-Case)<\/h3>\n<p>We may consider a remedy <strong>only <\/strong>in genuine special circumstances, at our sole discretion, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>serious accident or hospitalization<\/li>\n<li>major medical emergency<\/li>\n<li>death in the immediate family<\/li>\n<li>force majeure events that make attendance impossible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Evidence required: <\/strong>Reasonable supporting documentation may be requested (e.g., medical certificate, hospital admission letter, police report). You may redact unrelated personal information, but your name and the relevant dates must remain visible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Request window: <\/strong>Requests must be submitted as soon as reasonably possible and no later than <strong>72 hours <\/strong>after the scheduled course start time.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Remedies Under Special Circumstances (Priority Order)<\/h3>\n<p>If a special circumstance is accepted, the default remedy is:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>One-time reschedule <\/strong>to a future session (subject to seat availability), or<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training credit <\/strong>equal to the amount paid, valid for <strong>180 days<\/strong>, non-refundable, and redeemable only for our Services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cash refunds are <strong>not guaranteed <\/strong>under this section and will be granted only where required by law or in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Reschedule Requests (Non-Special Circumstances)<\/h3>\n<p>For reschedule requests that are not due to special circumstances, we may offer rescheduling <strong>only if <\/strong>the request is made at least <strong>7 days <\/strong>before the course start date, subject to availability. An administrative fee may apply.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Cancellation or Reschedule by Us<\/h3>\n<p>If we cancel a course, you may choose:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>A full refund<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n<li>Transfer to a future date (subject to availability), or<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training credit <\/strong>equal to the amount paid (valid for 180 days).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If we materially reschedule a course and you are unable to attend the new schedule, you may request:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>transfer to another date, or<\/li>\n<li>training credit, or<\/li>\n<li>a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6.
