We are thrilled to have collaborated with Malaysian star, Thomas, for a hands-on two-day coffee course that welcomed coffee enthusiasts of all skill levels. In this immersive experience, participants journeyed from foundational coffee knowledge to hands-on latte art creation. Under expert guidance, they crafted their first pour-over and perfected milk frothing techniques.
The course covered essential topics like understanding coffee bean varieties, origins, and cupping methods, along with skills for tasting, manual brewing, espresso extraction, and latte art. Each segment was designed to introduce the world of coffee with a blend of fun and expertise, making the experience both professional and enjoyable.
