Day 1

How humans discovered alcohol, how alcohol is formed, the process of making distilled alcohol, the raw materials for making distilled alcohol, and the six basic liquors

Day 2

Introducing all the utensils of the Bar, how to use the utensils, introduction to bartending cups, bartending materials, and learning how to shake steel cups and stir.

Day 3

Classic cocktail making with six base alcohols: Vodka, Gin, Rum (9 styles in total)

Day 4

Classic cocktail making of six major base wines: tequila, brandy, whisky (9 styles in total)

Day 5

Understand the production methods and types of bitters, bitters, and flavored spirits

Day 6

Learn the six major bartending structures (highball /old fashioned /martini /daiquiri /sidecar /flip)

Day 7

The basic logic of creative bartending, basic flavor matching, and the principle of sour, sweet and salty balance

Day 8

Advanced skills required for creative bartending (infusion, distill, milk wash, fat wash, smoke, age cocktail)

We provide students with a complete learning experience, all necessary equipment will be provided, and the fee includes all materials, equipment and teaching materials. Course duration

Weekend classes for 2 months. Take the beginner course in the first month and the advanced course in the second month. Class on every Saturday and one class lasts 4 hours.
