Recently, we hosted an engaging 2.5-hour Baijiu Masterclass, proudly featuring the expertise of Shede Spirits, a leading Chinese listed distillery. This unique course offered an immersive introduction to the world of Baijiu, showcasing its rich history, diverse flavors, and the cultural significance of China’s most iconic spirit.
During the session, participants delved into Baijiu’s fascinating history and production processes, gaining an appreciation for its deep-rooted traditions. Attendees also had the opportunity to taste and compare seven different types of Baijiu, exploring their distinct flavor profiles and learning how to pair them with modern mixology techniques to create innovative Baijiu cocktails. 🍶✨
