学咖啡师先决定两件事：在哪上课、要学多深。JWC 在吉隆坡 Bukit Jalil 与新山 Mount Austin 授课，课程分三档 —— 一日体验、两个月周末班、12 个月全日制英国文凭。没碰过就先上一日体验（费用报正课全额抵扣）；有正职选周末班；要转行拿文凭找工作，选全日制。Two decisions come first: where you study and how deep you go. JWC teaches in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur and Mount Austin, Johor Bahru, across three tiers — a one-day trial, a two-month weekend course, and a 12-month full-time UK diploma. Never touched a machine? Start with the trial (fee credited in full if you enrol). Working full-time? Take the weekend course. Changing careers? Go full-time.

选学校该看的 5 件事Five things to check before you enrol
- 是不是人手一台机One machine per student? — 咖啡是手感活，看别人操作学不会。问清楚一班几个人、几台机。Coffee is a motor skill; watching someone else will not build it. Ask how many students share how many machines.
- 证书是谁发的Who issues the certificate? — 要问到颁证机构的名字。JWC 的 BMART 文凭由英国 West College Scotland 颁发；咖啡线另有国际认可的 SCA Barista Skills Foundation。周末班与一日体验班不是文凭课程。Ask for the awarding body by name. JWC’s BMART diploma is awarded by West College Scotland, UK; the coffee track also offers the internationally recognised SCA Barista Skills Foundation. Weekend and one-day classes are not diploma programmes.
- 老师比过赛没有Have the instructors competed? — 赛场经验决定老师能不能看出你手上的问题。JWC 团队：Jason Loo 世界咖啡师大赛第 4 名；Lucas Eng 2017 世界拉花大赛世界第 10（布达佩斯）；全国拉花冠军 2015、2016、2017。Competition experience is what lets an instructor see what your hands are doing wrong. On the JWC team: Jason Loo placed 4th at the World Barista Championship; Lucas Eng placed 10th at the 2017 World Latte Art Championship in Budapest; national latte art champions in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
- 学不会能不能重上Can you repeat if it does not click? — 手感因人而异，问清楚重上的条件。Motor skills come at different speeds. Ask what the repeat policy is.
- 毕业后有没有工作衔接Is there job support after graduation? — 全日制与半工读学员：只要你配合面试和工作推荐安排，我们保证帮你找到工作。For full-time and work-study students: as long as you take part in the interviews and job referrals we arrange, we guarantee to help you find a job.

无经验的毕业生起薪一般落在 RM2,200–2,800，依地段与品牌不同，累积经验后会更高。就业地点以马来西亚和新加坡为主。Graduates with no prior experience typically start at RM2,200–2,800, depending on location and brand, and earn more with experience. Placements are in Malaysia and Singapore.

JWC 在两个地点授课：吉隆坡 Bukit Jalil（22-2, Jalan Jalil 1, The Earth @ Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur）与新山 Mount Austin（咖啡课在 The Factory 30）。红酒、威士忌、抹茶与烘焙周末班目前只在吉隆坡开。亚庇、槟城、怡保暂时没有校区。JWC teaches at two locations: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur (22-2, Jalan Jalil 1, The Earth @ Bukit Jalil, 57000 KL) and Mount Austin, Johor Bahru (coffee classes at The Factory 30). 完全没有经验可以学吗？Can I start with zero experience?
可以。三档课程都从零开始教，不要求任何餐饮背景。如果不确定自己适不适合，先上一日体验班，体验费在报读完整课程时全额抵扣。Yes. All three tiers start from zero and assume no food-and-beverage background. If you are unsure, start with the one-day trial class — the trial fee is credited in full against a full course if you enrol.
咖啡师课程要读多久？How long does a barista course take?
看你要学多深：一日体验班一天；咖啡周末班 8 堂课、约两个月，每周一个周末上午；BMART 全日制文凭 12 个月。It depends on the depth you want: the trial class is one day; the coffee weekend course is 8 sessions over about two months, one weekend morning per week; the BMART full-time diploma runs 12 months.

有。咖啡周末班就是为在职者设计的：每周只占一个周末上午，8 堂课读完，两个月内完成。课程中会亲手做过 52 款饮品，每班 15 位、人手一台机。Yes. The coffee weekend course is built for people in full-time work: one weekend morning a week, 8 sessions, finished within about two months. You will make 52 drinks by hand during the course, in a class of 15 with one machine per student.

BMART 12 个月全日制文凭由英国 West College Scotland 颁发。咖啡线另有国际认可的 SCA Barista Skills Foundation。周末班与一日体验班不属于文凭课程。The 12-month BMART full-time programme leads to a diploma awarded by West College Scotland, UK. On the coffee track there is also the internationally recognised SCA Barista Skills Foundation. The weekend and one-day classes are not diploma programmes.
